Instructions for Simply Stamped Purse to Match Simply Stamped Stack of Cards

Simply Stamped Tutorial/Template/Techinique for Tuesday
a day early. :) I started working today so I am hoping to post at least Tutorial/Technique Tuesdays for you.

Above you can see the previous Simply Stamped basic card set with matching envelopes. For years I have been enjoying making sets of cards with Simple containers, purses, etc. to put the sets in. This is a purse that you can make your own by decorating, covering and elaborating on my Simply Stamped project. I am showing a basic one with just a ribbon handle here.

Items used:

Scor-Pal

Su Ink and cardstock

Scor-pal from TAC

Be sure to click the images to view larger!!!!!!!

The image above shows with dotted lines where to scor and solid lines represent line to line measurement. With my chicken scratch handwriting I also labeled where to cut.

1. Scor your paper

2. Stamp (Be sure not to stamp upside down)

3. Cut where the image tells you to

4. Fold small piece up and adhere sides.

(represented where it says cut)

5. Add your handle or for a more finished look, create a enclosure and flap!

This project holds more than 5 cards and envelopes. It is a great one for gifts for all occassions.

Watch for next weeks project and more Simply Stampedbyanangel Fun!
